Here is a little case about wedding photography gone bad. There are several take home lessons to derive from this simple and well written judgment including don’t rely on a hard drive for storing precious items and pay your wedding photographer the balance due on time.

More importantly, Justice Williamson provides one or two very useful reminders about default judgment principles and the mechanics of the Judicial Review Procedure Act.
