Well the answer to that is an emphatic no.<\/p>\n<p>The case that made this point clear was the Supreme Court of Canada decision,  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canlii.org\/ca\/cas\/scc\/2000\/2000scc3.html\"><em>Kovach v. British Columbia (Workers&#8217; Compensation Board)<\/em><\/a>, [2000] 1 S.C.R. 55.
