Apparently, WCB fraud doesn&#8217;t go over well in the Golden State with this worker receiving jail time. <\/p>\n<p>WCB fraud in Canada can also result in criminal prosecution as in this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wcb.ns.ca\/newsreleases\/1998-09-21-5.html\">case<\/a> from Nova Scotia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I came across this California Department of Insurance press release on WCB fraud.
