There are several take home lessons to derive from this simple and well written judgment including don&#8217;t rely on a hard drive for storing precious items and pay your wedding photographer the balance due on time.<\/p>\n<p>More importantly, Justice Williamson provides one or two very useful reminders about default judgment principles and the mechanics of the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.qp.gov.bc.ca\/statreg\/stat\/J\/96241_01.htm\">Judicial Review Procedure Act<\/a><\/em>.
